MYTH - If I visit a builder without a Realtor, I could get a discount.

Many people think that they can save money by not using a Realtor when buying a new construction home. This couldn't be further from the truth. The salesperson is working for the builder. With no cost to you, why not have us working for you?

Be sure to take us with you or our business card before making your first visit. This ensures that we'll be able to represent you during a transaction. We will walk you through the transaction and will make sure that you're protected every step of the way.

MYTH - All new construction homes take 5 to 6 months to build.

Did you know that many new home builders have spec homes that are available now? A spec home is a new construction home that was either built in advance with the intention to be available without delay to any buyer or a home that a previous buyer failed to qualify for at the last moment. Their loss could be your benefit. We can show you these spec homes and the available features.
