How do we know if our response came after 60 minutes? When you call, your number will appear on the caller ID along with a time stamp. When you send an e-mail, our server will track the exact time it was received.

What is considered a response? A response will be defined as a returned call or e-mail reply. We will make every effort to leave a message if the option is available. (Understandably, postmail response is not an option)
